Zur FAT KAT steht Besuch aus der Hauptstadt ins Haus. DJ Morgoth, einer der angesagtesten Mashup-Producer des Landes, gibt sich die Ehre und wird die Latte noch einiges höher legen, denn Genregrenzen sind dem jungen Mann kein Begriff. Hier wächst zusammen was sich zusammen gut anhört: Nirvana und Rick Astley, Blur und Deichkind oder Egotronic mit Depeche Mode. Bastard Pop klassischer Bauart, den Morgoth mit seiner Reihe "Mash Up Your Bootz" oder auf "Bootie-Parties" in San Francisco, New York oder Paris reichlich kultiviert hat. Aktuelles Cuvee des Morgothschen Ideenkosmos ist "Ace of Spades Feels Good", hier singt Motörheads Lemmy bei den Gorillaz vor. Ein Mix der es auch prompt in die bekannten Anti-Hitlist von John Sakamoto geschafft hat. Keine Party für Leute ohne Humor, mit diesem wird es aber sicher grandios.
